Now that AirVenture is over, this morning I was up very early to begin my trek to the IPMS-USA Nationals in Phoenix with an enroute stop at Sprue Brothers Models LLC.

I am posting this from the office at Sprue Brothers Models in Liberty Missouri. I’ll be here a couple of days to work with Gordon on a couple of projects we have in the works.

The facility is nice and well organized and I am having a difficult time resisting the temptation of filling a large box full of stuff I’d like to have in my stash.

Its kind of fun wandering up and down the aisle. Aftermarket accessories, decals, kits, paints and tools fill the facility.

Tomorrow I’ll follow along and share with you how Sprue Brothers receives and processes your order from start to finish. I’ve been given special access and clearance to share with you how your orders are beamed into space to materialize at your doorstep in the blink of an eye.

In the meantime, I’m going to wander the aisles of this modelers mecca of plastic modeling. Oh wait…a truck load of Hasegawa kits just showed up at the dock…I’m going to pitch in to help to see what else there is to drool over and add to my list of stuff to ship home!
