Xuron 2175ET Professional Sprue Cutter

What I immediately noticed was that the tool was very sharp. There was literally no effort required to cut thru the plastic sprues on the small sample that I tried. That micro scissors action, a totally new feature in my experience, is, indeed, impressive. There was no drag in the scissors movement. The butt cuts left for cleanup almost exactly the same nubbin of plastic on the part as the tweezers style nipper does. I will want to experiment with cutting parts off the tree a lot more to see how small that residue nubbin can be. The tool felt good in my hand . . . it was neither too small nor too large. I want one for myself as soon as I can possibly get my hands on one.
