For me I rely on my memory as to what I have in my stash, though I will admit that I forget most of the time of what I do and don’t have. For those who have collections of any kind, it is important to have a means to inventory that collection. Not only to know what you have, but also for insurance purposes. Wow! The one thing that this post has done is shown the generosity of modelers. Several have sent in comments to me offering to assist fellow modelers by making available their “system” of Managing the Stash. However, in this situation I felt it wasn’t appropriate to share them, considering I am assisting a fellow modeler and entrepreneur to promote his product.
Maybe someone out there is willing to do a review of a few of these management tools, then submit it for publication.
